免費升級到雙房型，總共有3台智能電視，可以netflix，youtube，衹是電視機的反應較慢。 酒店在D座，距離連結雲頂的走廊不是最接近的那一棟，但是還好，蠻近。 如果想準時3pm入住，就要提早whatsapp酒店索取入住房間號碼和信箱密碼，需要不斷追問，否則有可能會超過3pm才能check in. 關於熱水問題，這次入住還好，都有熱水，衹是可以感受到熱水逐漸降溫。 可以煮，有洗衣機，有餐具，有冰箱，有微波爐，一應俱全。 check in & check out都很方便，都是自主入住。

Rooms were good, but sound proof is weak..it might be dur to our room is next to the lift area..every single  footsteps or conversation we able to hear from the living hall. The main room sound proof also poor as we able to listen anything from the living hall. Besides that eveything is a good!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. One of the best parts of the location is its convenience—it’s only about a 15-minute walk to Genting Highlands via the link bridge. There is also a mall right below the hotel, which made it very easy for us to find plenty of dining options. We would also like to highlight the excellent service from the management team, 7Stonez. They were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and even assisted with room upgrade requests when available. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and responsive. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again!

We had a pleasant stay, our unit was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
